Ninyel is the proud owner of Bella Dolche Salon and Spa and has been in the beauty industry since 2012. A Pacific Northwest native with a degree in Anthropology, she is passionate about creating a welcoming salon culture for both clients and her team. Outside the salon, she loves hiking, Seattle sports, and all things PNW.
Ann- Master Stylist
Ann is dedicated to building personal connections with every guest and believes your hairstyle should reflect your personality. She specializes in cutting and foiling and loves creating fresh, modern styles tailored to your lifestyle. With an active, outdoorsy personality herself, Ann understands the importance of hair that looks great and keeps up with everyday life. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing board games, making cards, and crafting.
Nicole- Master Stylist/Salon Lead
With over 20 years of experience, Nicole specializes in highlights, balayage, color, and haircuts. She values thorough consultations and creating lasting client relationships built on trust, connection, and beautiful results that keep clients returning for years. Outside work, she loves wellness, hiking with her dogs and tending her lavendar farm!
Rachel-Master Stylist
Rachel has had a passion for the beauty industry from a young age, inspired by her family’s background in salon ownership. After attending Toni & Guy Academy, she turned that passion into a career she loves. Rachel enjoys creating personalized looks that help every client feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. Outside the salon, she loves traveling and spending time with family.
Stephanie- Master Stylist
Steph is a hairstylist with 24 years of experience specializing in fine, thin hair AND extensions. Passionate about beauty from a young age, she has always loved helping people feel confident through their hair. If you’ve ever wished for more hair, Steph is dedicated to creating fuller, beautiful results tailored to you.
Kimberly-Master Stylist
Kimberly trained at the AVEDA Institute of Las Vegas before returning to Washington and joining Bella Dolche Salon & Spa. She specializes in advanced hair color, fashion colors and detailed haircuts, with a passion for creating long, healthy hair. Kimberly is known for providing a calm, relaxing salon experience where clients can truly unwind. Outside the salon, she loves following Washington and Nevada sports teams.
Alexis-Senior Stylist
Alexis is a dedicated stylist with advanced training in balayage, fashion color and extensions, and customized hair color. She loves creating effortless, sustainable styles that fit each client’s lifestyle and maintenance goals. Alexis is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful hair that reflects their personality and leaves them feeling confident.
Ash - Senior Stylist
With 15+ years behind the chair, Ash specializes in balayage, foiling, and thick or curly hair. Known for her warm personality and detail-oriented approach, she creates customized, healthy results while helping clients feel confident caring for their hair at home.
Madi-Junior Stylist
Madi is a passionate hairstylist who specializes in balayage, foils, and customized hair color services. She loves helping clients achieve their dream hair while creating a welcoming and confidence-boosting salon experience. Madi values the connections she builds with her clients and strives to make every appointment relaxing, personal, and memorable.
Megan-Master Stylist
Megan has been a proud stylist since 2001, bringing years of experience and expertise to every guest she serves. She is passionate about creating soft, lived-in hair that enhances natural beauty and fits each client’s lifestyle. Megan believes in helping clients look beautiful and, more importantly, feel beautiful. Whether for everyday wear or special “I do” moments, she delivers personalized, effortless results. Outside the salon, she enjoys hiking in the mountains and spending time with family.
Kristy-Salon Coordinator
Kristy is born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a valued member of the Bella Dolche team. She holds a degree in Human Services from Skagit Valley College and is known for her warm, welcoming personality and strong client connection. As salon coordinator, she helps create a positive and organized salon experience. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family and supporting their low rider car club.
Justine-Salon Coordinator
Born and raised in Washington, she is an artist and creative at heart, currently studying CAD and composites at Everett Community College (EVCC). Her passion for design and detail blends technical skill with artistic expression. Inspired by horror and Halloween, she brings creativity into everything she does. She is also part of the front desk team, where she helps create a welcoming, positive salon experience for every guest.

From Theme Thursdays and Mariners games to hiking, wellness challenges, and everyday moments in the salon, we genuinely enjoy life together inside and outside of work. It is why we call ourselves the Bella Babes—a balance of professionalism and a family feel.
