Consultations are complimentary and highly recommended for color, extensions, or any big changes. It gives us time to align on your vision, maintenance, and pricing before we get started.

How does pricing work? Our services are customized, so pricing can vary depending on your hair, your goals, and the time needed to achieve your result. We always walk you through pricing before getting started so there are no surprises. What kind of color do you use? We exclusively use AVEDA color, known for its high performance and plant-derived ingredients. Will my price change based on my hair? It can. Factors like length, density, and the amount of product needed can affect the final price.

What is your cancellation policy? We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. What happens if I cancel late or miss my appointment? Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed may be subject to a 50% charge to the card on file.

We do not provide children’s haircut services. While children are welcome in the salon, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for your appointment when possible. This helps us maintain a calm, relaxing environment so every guest—including you—can fully enjoy their service without distraction.

When do I pay? Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Do you charge a card fee? Yes, there is a 3% fee for card payments. Cash is always welcome and has no fee. What if I leave without checking out? Your card on file will be charged for the full service.

What if I need an adjustment? We want you to love your hair. If something feels off, let us know within 10 days and we’ll get you back in with your original stylist to make it right. Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds, but we’re always happy to adjust your service if needed.

Do you carry AVEDA? We do, and we love it. Everything we use behind the chair is available for you to take home. We are an AVEDA rewards salon so you can utilize AVEDAs points program. Can I shop outside of the salon? Yes, we offer a direct link to shop AVEDA so you can restock anytime.

Do you offer extensions? Yes! All extension services start with a consultation so we can create a plan tailored to you. How is extension pricing structured? We keep things transparent—hair is sold at cost, and installation is priced per row. You’ll receive a full quote during your consultation. How often do I need maintenance? Move-ups are typically every 4–6 weeks, and with proper care, the hair can last 12–16 months.

Where are you located? We’re in Everett, just off Everett Mall Way. Parking is directly in front of the salon and there are no stairs to gain entry. Do you take walk-ins? We recommend booking ahead, but you’re always welcome to call and check availability.
