Bella Dolche Service Policies:
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, if you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us prior notice, it impacts our business and our staff's livelihood. Therefore, we have a 24-hour no-show policy in place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.
Payment is required at the time of service. If a guest leaves the salon without completing payment, the card on file
may be charged the full service amount.
If you have concerns with your service we ask that you contact us within 10 days of your original appointment so we can scheudle a complemtary adjustment with your original stylist. Refunds are not offered.
